Returns

If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, please send them back to us within 30 days in their original condition for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error in shipping.

Exchanges

We cannot exchange any product if it has been opened.

Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will send a replacement.

Initiating a return

Call us at 1-800-476-1991 Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm CST and we will issue you an RMA # for your return.

We will not accept a return without an RMA number.

The original shipping fee is not refunded

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping fee on any return. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but we can't eat the cost of shipping. It just wouldn't taste good.

Also, if you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount. While we spend a good deal of money on labor and packaging, we're only going to deduct the actual postage amount. We'll pay the "h" and you pay the "s" (ya' know, from s&h, get it?)
