Cheesy Fry Casserole
Serves 4.

2 large orders of McDonald’s Fries
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons diced onion (can scrape onions from a burger if a meaty flavor is desired)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
3 tablespoons flour
Paprika as desired.

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. On medium heat, sauté (or simply warm, if using McDonald’s onions) onions in butter and add flour to make a roux. Reduce heat to low.
3. Add chicken stock and milk, stirring constantly. Once warm, add the cheddar cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is fully incorporated into the mixture.
4. Add parmesan cheese and pour all ingredients into a casserole dish. Due to the salt on the fries, it probably won’t be necessary to add more. Dress it up with paprika if desired.
5. Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese on top lightly browns.

Garlic Buns
4 Hamburger buns
½ cup butter
½ tablespoon garlic powder

1. Melt butter and stir in garlic powder.
2. Brush over buns and bake at 375 degrees F for approximately 6-8 minutes.

3. Add chopped tomatoes and parsley.
4. Arrange Filet-o-Fishes on a serving platter and pour the sauce over the fish.

Cherry Pie Delight

4 McDonald’s Cherry Pies
1 package of instant cheesecake filling
4 ounces of milk chocolate, cooled slightly.

i would like to ask for permission to use the picture that you have of a McDonalds cheeseburger for my ICT GCSE. please reply within 3 days
thanks

I don't really do the Filet-o-Fish either, but it was kind of tough to think of a good main course. Although...the McRib might even be a better choice, now that it's back for a while.

As a HUGE McDonald's fan, I have to say BRAVO to these delicious recipes. It may just be a fascination with almost all the delicious cuisine that the Golden Arches has to offer (never really caught on the the filet-o-fish), but I am tempted to try these concoctions. It's too bad you don't have a recipe that utilizes the deliciousness that is the Big Mac special sauce.
