Cherie Lynn, a certified K-8 art teacher, presents 13 budget-minded children's craft projects here, including making a flower pot, tissue box cover, papier-mache container, rain sticks, edible creatures, wrapping paper, a stuffed fish, and mosaic stepping stones, as well as weaving and wood block design activities.

The format is similar to the highly recommended Jumby Bay Studios title Rainy Day Art, with an introduction followed by a "Choose a Project" option (with printable instructions), in which viewers can select a short "preview" (which would help parents/leaders decide whether a project would suit their child or group), the materials list, or the full demonstration. This title should do nicely where other craft titles circulate well. Recommended.
