Answer: Sure, as long as it will fit. The storage area is 5.875" high and 3/8" wide.

Question: What happens if I tear out all of the paper? How will I store my pencil?

Answer: Our question for you would be, "If you have no paper, why do you even need a pencil?"

Question: What about the area of the paper that has been removed in order to create storage for the pencil?

Answer: Don't worry, that paper has gone to paper heaven. Seriously, write on the other 94% of the paper that is still there. I'm sure you don't have that many awesome thoughts.

A: No, we do not sell the notebook by itself. We'd never split up a pair as perfect as the Notebook and Pencil.

Q: Why don't I just buy a note book and a pencil at a store and tape the pencil in the notebook? It would be cheaper than the $15.00 on the notebook & pencil.
A: That would work...but probably only once. I think you'd find that the stickiness of your tape would decrease dramatically after a few uses. Plus, a pencil taped on top of a notebook would be rather bulky and would probably be ripped off when you put it inside of a backpack. So, yes, that method would be cheaper, but probably not as good.

Q: ... but what if i run out of pencil, then i wont have any pencil to write in the notebook...
A: The going rate for an entire box of pencils is around $1. Just sharpen until it's short enough to fit in your notebook and you're back in business!

Q: Does the paper come out with a pencil shaped mark on it?
A: Each sheet of paper has a spot cut out from where the pencil is held. The second photo on the page shows the inside of the notebook and the pieces of paper.
