A: Perchance...if you're the worst renegade government agent ever. Heck, even John "nothing is over" Rambo could sneak this puppy past customs.

Q: Can a real grenade be stopped by returning the pin to its original home?
A: We're not totally sure. Please give it a try and let us know how it turns out.

Q: In reply to the real grenade question: No it cant. Once the pin is removed, the grenade is primed and then the handle is released upon throwing. This activates the fuse inside and sets off the charge.

Q: Why don't you use many real grenades? Don't you encourage that sort of office environment?
A: We used to, but the turnover rate was killing us!

Q: Can I throw it against something "hard", I mean, will the grenade take the pressure if I throw it against concrete or something? If I bought this, I would want to use it several times.
A: The outside of the grenade is a rubbery plastic, so yes, it should be able to withstand a decent amount of force. We wouldn't suggest throwing it at concrete, but it would probably be alright if you did.

Q: Exactly how loud can this grenade get?
A: In decibels, we're not sure exactly how loud the Sonic Grenade can get. We do know, however, that it was fairly loud from several rooms away here at the Vat19 headquarters.

Q: this thing is out-STANDING, I work at a call center, that does NOT have call center etiquette there's cheering, air horns blowing, you name it... we got it. you tell me why I love this item
A: We're not very good at guessing games. Maybe YOU should tell US why you love it.

Q: Can they only turn it off if they have the pin?
A: You can silence the Sonic Grenade briefly by holding down the yellow lever. It won't stop for good until you return the clip to its proper place, though.

Q: Do you offer replacement pins if, say, a dog eats the pin?
A: No, we do not sell replacement pins for the Sonic Grenade. We are, however, quite impressed that you have taught your dog to remove the pin. Can said dog fetch beer?

A: Glad to hear you've found some additional uses for the Sonic Grenade.

Q: 20 seconds is too long! In combat, the enemy might snipe you with a water pistol, or......or, tossing it in a room might be thrown back by the occupants! Should these be used with flashbangs?
A: We think 20 seconds is perfect for a stealth attack. It all depends on your methods. And no, we don't recommend use of the Sonic Grenade with flashbangs. That's just overkill.

A: Actually, it's $11.95 plus a gazillion dollars in shipping. Packing materials and shipping people and postal carriers aren't cheap, ya know. Of course, it doesn't have to be that way. If your order totals $99 or more, the shipping's on us.

Q: How long do the batteries last?
A: Unfortunately, we really can't give an estimate for how long your batteries will last in the Sonic Grenade. It will depend on the type of batteries that you use and the way you use the device.

Q: if you hold down the safety lever does the grenade stay on safety?
A: You would have to continue to hold the safety lever to silence the Sonic Grenade. If you are willing to show your weakness, you could wrap a rubberband around it or remove the batteries.

Q: does the grenade stop unless the pin i put back?
A: The Sonic Grenade can also be silenced by squeezing the yellow lever.
