When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 2PM CST are shipped the same business day. Otherwise, they are shipped the following business day. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates are based upon the following factors: your destination, your shipping method, and the weight of your package. You can use our shipping calculator on any product page or the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to obtain a quote.
Can you overnight my order?
Yes. We offer expedited delivery services via UPS. Provided that Next Day Air or Second Day Air service is available to your location, we can definitely get your order to you quickly.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! In addition to all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover), we also accept PayPal. We also accept "Pay with Amazon" which allows you to use your Amazon account to place your order.
How do I get free shipping?
If you're shipping to the United States, all you have to do is buy a lot of stuff! Just kidding...sort of. On orders over $125, we offer free ground shipping within the United States. Please note that not all products qualify for free shipping.
Will you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship internationally. If the United States Postal Service or UPS will ship to your country, so will we! We've shipped our products to over 70 different countries without incident.
In what currency are your prices listed?
All of our prices are listed in US currency.
I'm sending my order as a gift directly to the recipient and I want the contents to be a surprise and I don't want them to see the price.
The contents of the package are not listed anywhere on the outside of the box. Furthermore, you can request that prices to be omitted on the packing slip during the checkout process. You can also type a short gift message that will be included with the package.
Can I split my order and have it sent to multiple addresses?
Not at this time. You will need to place separate orders.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Can I pay by check or money order?
No and yes. We do not accept personal checks, but we do accept money orders and cashier's checks. Please click here for more information about mailing in your order.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Please use our order tracking system.
I think I entered the wrong shipping address! What do I do?
Please contact us immediately. If we haven't shipped your order, we may be able to make the correction. If the order has already shipped, certain carriers may allow us to make an address correction. Please note that some carriers assess fees with this service.
