A: We don't recommend it. Putting things in the microwave when they aren't supposed to be in the microwave is a fire hazard.

A: In time, the aroma may need replenishing. To do so, add a few drops of pure essential oil onto the cushion after heating.

A: The manufacturer said that with regular heating, the scent should last for 6-12 months. After the scent fades, you can buy some lavender essential oil and put a few drops on the pouch.
