A: Vat19 only sells the Talking Photo Album, which holds twenty-four 4"x6" photos. We do not have this product in a single sheet version.

Q: Hi - Can I create sounds on my computer and transfer them to the chip?
A: The "guts" of the Talking Photo Album cannot be removed. You would need to hold the album up to your computer speakers and record the sounds.

A: There's no "official" way to do what you're describing. However, you could put a piece of duct tape over the record button to conceal it.

Q: I cannot seem to get a message into the album. I think i am doing what i am supposed to do. Any suggestions?
A: Press the reset button and try recording your messages. To record your message, hold down the record button while simultaneously squeezing the button on the page. Make sure that the batteries are working and that the album is turned on. There is a little on/off switch near the battery compartment.

Q: I want to buy this product for a child who has a disability. What is this product made from, and does it contain any glass?
A: The Talking Photo Album does not contain any glass parts. The album's pages are made of plastic and the cover is faux leather. As with any product, we recommend supervision if safety is an issue.

Q: How long with the flash memory last or store the messages?
A: Flash memory will last for the lifetime of the product. Flash memory also doesn't require any power to retain its memory. So, even if you don't have batteries in the Talking Photo Album, the messages remain stored (you won't be able to hear them without batteries, however).

Q: Hi I just received the talking photo album. If I leave the power switch on will it drain the battery?
A: If you leave the power switch on, it will slowly drain the battery. When not in use, you can switch off the Talking Photo Album and your recorded messages will remain stored.
