No need to shake this bottle! Instead, adjust the lamp's brightness with a gentle squeeze of its soft silicone exterior. With three different glow levels, we'd be remiss if we didn't classify each one as mild, medium, and "whoa, that's hot!" Let the lamp radiate its glow all night, or activate the 30-minute timer and let it simmer down after you’re fast asleep.
