Q: I need replacement tube...you got?
A: Hi, sorry, but we do not carry the replacement tubs. We only carry the entire Hyperdog 2-Ball Launcher.

Q: Is there a way to LAUNCH the ball without touching it?
A: If you use the back of the slingshot section when you pick up the ball, you should have a slobber-free experience.

Q: Will it damage screens,glasses, mugs etc if you shoot a ball at them?
A: If throwing a tennis ball at the object would damage it, shooting a tennis ball would damage it, too. So yes, the Hyperdog Ball Launcher would probably damage all of those things.

Q: how fast is the ball going when it is launched?
A: The speed of the ball will depend on how far you pull back the slingshot portion of the ball launcher.

Q: Is this considered a weapon in NY. Like what if you do not shoot tennis balls?
A: Pretty much any object could be a weapon depending on how you use it. The Hyperdog 2-ball Launcher is intended for use with tennis balls. When used properly, the Hyperdog Tennis Ball Launcher would be considered a toy.

Q: Does replacement surgical tubing come with the ball lancher??
A: Yes, there is one replacement tube included with the Hyberdog 2-Ball Launcher.

Q: where can I get new surgical tubing...mine is already getting to the point where it will snap
A: Any large home improvement retailer (like Home Depot or Menard's) should be able to sell appropriate replacement tubing at a relatively low cost.
