With our Recycled Plastic Coasters, you can get your drink on and still feel good about it the next day! You not only get six hand-made coasters crafted entirely from recycled material, but you also get that warm glow of self-satisfaction from having helped provide for the livelihood of struggling artisans in Nepal.
Each four-inch diameter coaster is made from discarded (and thoroughly sanitized) plastic food wrappers. The included storage bowl is also made from recycled materials. Prevent rings on your tables and lend a hand to those less fortunate with the Recycled Plastic Coasters.

Colorful coasters crafted by hand from recycled plastic
This set of coasters (including the storage bowl) is entirely made from recycled plastic.
Crafted by Nepalese artisans in the remote mountain villages of Shertung, Tipling, and Lapa, each piece is made using discarded non-biodegradable plastic wrappers from popular food products. The wrappers are cleaned, sanitized, and then wrapped tightly into a spiral design.
These brightly colored coasters are made entirely from recycled plastic wrappers.

For me, personally, a mere four coasters per set would be sufficient. I simply don't have enough friends to warrant a set of six. Feeling sorry for me yet?
