Each flavor's recommended 15-piece serving (1 pouch) contain 150 Calories and the ingredients for each flavor are as follows:
Blue Raspberry: Sugar, corn syrup, water, artificial flavor, citric acid, ghost pepper, Blue #1, sodium benzoate.
Cherry: Sugar, corn syrup, water, artificial flavor, citric acid, ghost pepper, Red #40, sodium benzoate.
