Q: are the lid and sleeve safe to microwave - or should they be kept off for microwaving?
A: Yes, both the lid and the cup are safe for microwaving. A sleeve is not included because the hollow cavity in the cup prevents the outside from getting too hot to handle.

Q: Silicone gets a tacky/sticky feel to it over time. Do you find this to be the case with these lids and also, is it possible that you'll get it in larger sizes (ie. 20oz)? 12oz latte doesn't cut it.
A: We have not heard of these silicone lids getting sticky. Sorry, we do not plan to sell a larger coffee cup like this.

Q: Bodum has glass double-wall cups with a small pinhole on bottom so it can "breathe" or something. Any hole in bottom of this cup? Asking because I wonder if water can get trapped inside when washing
A: There is a hole on the bottom, but it is closed with a silicone plug. If you leave the plug in, water should not get inside.

Q: How tight is the seal between the lid and the cup? Will a bump in the road leave me with a hot mess in my lap?
A: The lid is a secure fit, so bumps as you drive won't knock the lid off.

A: We can't speak for other businesses, so we can't say for sure. But they should!

A: I Am Not a Paper Cup is much cooler than your average travel coffee mug. You get the look of a fancy store-bought coffee without spending the money or creating the trash.

Q: It says the sipping lid can withstand temperatures up to 446°F but how high of a temperature can the cup itself withstand?
A: Although the manufacturer does not have a temperature limit for the cup, it can withstand temperatures even higher than the silicone lid. The cup can withstand any normal hot beverage that you would put inside of it for drinking.
