The Neverlate Alarm Clock's snooze timer provides a solution: it halves the interval between snoozes every time you hit the snooze button. So, if you set the snooze timer for 20 minutes, your first snooze will be 20 minutes. Your second, 10 minutes. The third, 5 minutes, and so on. You still get the satisfaction of squeezing in a few more minutes of sleep, but you ensure that you won't snooze for more than twice the length of your snooze timer.

Grab a power nap with a single button

Hit the "Nap" button to grab a quick snooze without having to bother with setting an alarm. This feature makes it easy to flop down and recharge your batteries with the press of a single button. The default settings create a 20-minute nap, although you can customize the "Nap" duration from twenty minutes up to two hours (a serious power nap).

Not your average digital radio alarm

While a digital radio tuner isn't anything new, there are a few cool features regarding the Neverlate's tuner that are worth noting: 1) The Neverlate doesn't distinguish between FM and AM preset "banks". You can store both AM and FM stations into any of your twenty preset locations. 2) The FM antenna is integrated into the power cord. 3) The radio volume is independent of your alarm wake volume. So, if you decide to use the Neverlate as your bedroom radio and you're rocking out to those Golden Oldies, you won't burst your eardrums on the next alarm.

Customize everything!

The Neverlate Alarm Clock allows you to customize nearly every imaginable setting. Here's a summary of some of the interesting options:

Time:	12 or 24 hour format
Date:	MM.DD or DD.MM format
Snooze Duration:	0:01 - 0:30 minutes. Adjust the amount of time that the alarm will remain silent.
Snooze Type:	Normal, Descending, or Off. Normal: The alarm sounds again after your snooze duration has elapsed. Descending: Each time the Neverlate is "snoozed", the snooze duration is halved. Off: Your snooze button is disabled!
Gradual Wake:	If enabled, audible alarms start quietly and slowly raise in volume.
Alarm Adjustment Interval:	0:01, 0:05, 0:10 or 0:15 This sets the number of minutes that each "click" of the collar represents when inputting alarm, sleep, and nap settings.
Backlight Glow:	OFF, LOW, MED, or HIGH Selects the brightness level of the backlight when no buttons are touched. Backlight automatically illuminates at the HIGH setting when buttons are activated.
Alarm Duration:	0:01 min - 2 hours Select the duration that audible alarms will sound before turning off automatically.
Nap Alarm Sound:	Select how the nap timer sounds. Select between buzzer ringtone or radio station preset.
Sleep Timer:	The purpose of the sleep timer is to turn the radio off automatically if you like to fall asleep at night with the radio on. Value can be adjusted from 1 to 2 hours. This will work with the external audio source as well.

Despite wealth of features, the Neverlate is easy to use

You'd think that with all the Neverlate can do, that it would be a nightmare to operate. However, the Neverlate Executive 7-Day Alarm Clock has only two knobs and twelve buttons. Heck, my daughter's toy cell phone (yes, that's a ridiculous concept, but it's the world we live in) has more buttons than that!

Play your own music and charge your iPod

The rear of the Neverlate 7-Day Alarm Clock features three inputs: a USB power port, an auxiliary audio input, and a headphone jack.

The USB port is purely a "power" port. You do not need to hook this alarm clock up to your computer. The USB port is purely a convenience for charging an iPod or iPhone or hooking up desktop-sized USB gadgets (such as a USB Fan, USB Lava Lamp, USB Missile Launcher, or USB Drink Warmer...ya' know, the usual things).

The auxiliary audio input allows you to play an MP3 player or CD player through the Neverlate.

Battery retains your settings during a power outage or relocation

The Neverlate uses one CR2032 button cell battery to retain all of your settings when power is lost. Your Neverlate Executive 7-Day Alarm Clock ships with one CR2032 battery. If you ever needed a replacement, this type of button cell battery is available at most electronics stores.
