A: Most electronics stores carry USB hubs, which are basically the USB equivalent of power strips. By using a few USB hubs, you could significantly increase the number of available USB ports attached to your computer.

A: We don't have a measurement or rating for that. Getting hit with one of the foam missiles doesn't hurt, so long as you don't take a hit to the eye or face. It's like getting hit with a small Nerf dart.

A: If you were able to hide the USB Missile Launcher somewhere in his office and yet still in firing range, you'd have a chance. You'd just have to install one of those remote access programs on his computer and then access it when you're ready to fire. That's a lot of "ifs", though, and none of it assumes that he'll let you keep your job when he finds out what you're up to. We don't recommend it.
