Q: how long do they last
A: We can't give an exact answer since the SoapStones vary a little bit in size and we also don't know how long you're washing your hands. With normal use, you could get a few washings per stone. If you're doing some serious hand scrubbing, it might only last for one washing.

Q: Do you get paid to answer these questions? It seems like it would be a fun job. :)
A: Yes, answering the Burning Questions is part of our job, but it is only a small part. There's a lot of work that's involved in finding the coolest stuff out there and making it available to all of our awesome customers!

Q: how many hand washes does each one have
A: Since the size of each soap varies, the number of hand washings you'll get from each one can also vary. You should be able to get a few hand washings out of each SoapStone. Of course, if you're really scrubbing and working up lots of suds, you might not get as many washings!

A: Nah. We answer all Burning Questions free of charge.

Q: Are these fast drying or do they melt into a gloppy puddle of soap?
A: The SoapStones do not contain any special ingredient that would make them dry faster than normal. As long as you don't leave them sitting in water in the soap dish, they shouldn't get gloppy or "melt".

A: That would depend on how hard you throw the Soap Stones. They're not particularly easy to break, and they feel quite similar to regular soap, in terms of hardness.

Q: I wonder.. could one use these cuties to put a bar of shea butter soap on to let the shea bar drain after use?? or would the shea bar "stick" to the "stones"..
sure would be pretty tho
A: While we haven't tried to use the Soap Stones as a soap dish or soap resting place, we think that a wet bar of soap would stick to the Soap Stones.

Q: How long do these last?
A: The longevity of your SoapStones will depend on how you use them. As with any soap, more vigorous scrubbing will result in faster deterioration. If you're using them as decorations, though, you can expect them to last a very long time (assuming they don't get wet).
