Q: What is this cloth actually made of? You say it's a patented something called MiraFiber, but everything is made from something. Is this a petroleum-derived fiber?
A: Yes, it is petroleum-derived. It is a polyester and polyamide blend. The fibers are then split with water to make them 8-10 times finer than normal microfibers. The "green" aspects of this cloth are that it cleans with water and can be reused hundreds of times, eliminating the need for chemical solutions and paper towels.

Q: Can this clean acids and other chemical spills?
A: The manufacturer has actually never tested the Ultimate Cloth with acids or chemicals, as that is not the typical use for this product, so they are unsure what the results might be. Results may also differ depending on the chemical you are cleaning. But acids and many chemicals can be dangerous, so please take all the necessary precautions.

Q: what surfaces will it not work on
A: A clean Ultimate Cloth should not damage any surface. The only time it may pose a problem is if it is used on a wall or other surface that is covered with a low-quality paint. The cleaning power of the Ultimate Cloth is so great that it may end up "pulling" a bit of paint off. This is rare, but to make absolutely sure, you can test out the Ultimate Cloth in a small, inconspicuous area of the surface to be cleaned.

Q: Is there an antibacterial component as it cleans?
A: There is no actual antibacterial solution in the cloth itself, but when used correctly it does get surfaces squeaky clean.

Q: can it clean oil spilling
A: This is tough to answer accurately without knowing what type of oil you are needing to clean up. The Ultimate Cloth has no problem cleaning up cooking oils. It can also remove motor oil, although it will likely stain the cloth. If the cloth gets stained, you can try bleaching it back to white. Keep in mind, though, that the cloth still maintains its awesome cleaning power even if it is stained.

Q: This is a awesome idea, but how can I tell which ones I use for outdoor grim and ones I use in the kitchen for cleaning up food stains? I don't want engine oil on my dishware or potty grim on my car.
A: You could mark them with a permanent marker. Just write "K" on the kitchen cloth, "B" on the bathroom cloth, and "C" on the car cloth.

Q: Would this work well for washing dishes?
A: Yes, the Ultimate Cloth is great for washing dishes. You'll still want to use dish soap, of course. But you'll be surprised at how easily the cloth cleans grease, especially out of things like plastic storage containers (aka Tupperware). Also, when you're done washing the dishes, you can wring out the cloth and use it to dry them. It doesn't matter that the cloth is a little damp - it actually still works better than most dishtowels.
