Just because you can eat something doesn't mean you should. Lip balm, no matter how tasty it is, is technically a topical ointment for your lips and not food. It's okay to lick it, but eating a tube of lip balm is not a very good idea.

You're not wrong, but the amount of ricin in a single tube of lip balm is so tiny that you would have to actually ingest several dozen tubes of balm at once to reach any sort of dangerous level of toxicity. Remember, toxicity and dosage are important variables, as caffeine is toxic in high enough doses.

Now, I've used a few (hundred) lip balms in my day. It's typically the ones that boast yummy flavors that dry your lips out. Does this REALLY moisturize? Or is it better suited just for fun and not multiple-day use?

How well they work will vary from person to person, but in our experience we have not noticed any excessive drying out of our lips. Obviously, these lip balms are not as strong as some medicated varieties, but we feel that they are worthy lip balms.

Dollar Stores get their inventory from other stores who have cleared out their unsold inventory at drastically reduced prices to free up shelf space. Our product comes directly from the manufacturer, and the price we sell them for is the price the manufacturer asked us to sell them for.

Soda Bottle Flavored Lip Balms do not have a printed expiration, but like most lip balms, they have a shelf life of about 2-3 years.

Most things have some sort of caloric content, but since you aren't supposed to eat lip balm, the amount is negligible.

Soda Bottle Lip Balms work wonderfully. If they were really cheap and didn't work then we wouldn't bother selling them!

We don't think they're girly at all! There is no actual soda that goes into the making of these Lip Balms.

I tried to eat Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream flavoured Lip Balm before and it tasted horrible so you should make some nice lip balm that tastes nice

We already carry some that taste nice. And don't worry, there's no Mint Chocolate Chip here.

No, it's lip balm so it isn't fizzy like soda. Tastes just like it though!

Is it moisturizing? I have very dry lips.

In our experience we have not noticed any excessive drying out of our lips. Obviously, these lip balms are not as strong as some medicated varieties, but we feel that they are worthy lip balms.

The entire inside is lip balm, but the bottle itself is plastic.
