Graphite ObjectsSculpted graphite objects whose entire surface can write!
Watch our Graphite Objects Video Yes, they really write!Graphite Objects were invented by sculptor Agelio Batle, who wished to create an inspiring writing implement. We believe he's succeeded. Each Graphite Object writes extremely well. They don't require any more pressure than a regular pencil and, depending on the object, will write with just as much accuracy (meaning it doesn't feel like you're writing with a chunk of sidewalk chalk).
No, they won't smudge your handsGraphite Objects are created in a unique process that allows the entire piece to act as a writing surface, yet they won't smudge or rub off on your hands.
These amazing gifts are available in multiple styles
Graphite Objects make for a stunning gift. Undoubtedly, your recipient will be amazed not only by the intricacy and detail of the sculpture, but also by its ability to draw mess-free. Here are some ideas for using the Graphite Object as well as how you can enhance your gift-giving:
Right Drawing HandThe Right Hand Graphite Object was cast from a child's hand.
Twisting Leaf
Writing QuillSeriously, we can't think of anything cooler than a quill made entirely out of graphite. If checks could be signed in pencil, we would pay for everything (including a $3.99 McDonald's tab) with checks signed with this graphite quill.
Comes in a gift boxEach Graphite Object is packaged in a simple, yet attractive gift box which contains a short, printed message highlighting the artist and his manufacturing process.

Q: how big are they? Q: The hand thing is kinda naughty... Q: How heavy are they? Are they very brittle? Q: can you use the right hand even if you are a leftie? Q: i ate graphite once. at school. Q: If you set it down on paper and went away, would't it smudge the paper? Q: Are the children who's hands are sacrificed in the creation of this product Free range? I only use body parts sourced from ethical child farms. Q: can they be sharpened? Q: Does it get on you
Q: Can you get it in any other colors? Q: What is the purity or grade of this graphite? Q: Isn't graphite poisonous, that's why pencils don't contain it right? Or is that lead? Q: They seem kinda expensive. How long do thees babies last? Like if i was using them for writing a book, how many pages could i write? Q: This is a bit confusing (even to me). The non-smudgyness of this graphite object, is it only a layer? Example: will it not be non-sumdgy if I rub all sides of this object on a piece of paper? Q: In the video you show a seashell graphite object. Are there any plans to make that one available for purchase? Q: I totally want one!!!! Q: will they be washed away or abducted by aliens if they get wet?? Q: what happened to the seashell one? Q: if graphite is the highest grade of coal, does that mean my graphite object made out of smushed dead plants and animals?! Q: why is the hand so much more expensive than the others? Q: what about sharpening it? doesn't it dull? Q: Will you soon create eraser sculptures to go along with these graphite sculptures? Q: Is it biased to only sell right hands and not left ones? Q: When you are writing with graphite can you erase it with a normal eraser? Q: Can the Objects replace a #2 pencil used on test forms? Q: Let's use the Right Hand one for example. If you hold it, will you get a palm full of graphite when you're done using it? Q: do they run out of ink? Q: How about a video so we can fully appreciate what this thing has to offer.
