Q: We just bought a deck of the blue style from a gift shop at the exploratorium in SF. On our trip home, we somehow lost the 10 of spades. Would it be possible to get a replacement card? Thanks.
A: Bummer! The Invisible Plastic Playing Cards are only sold in a complete deck.

A: Any difference in thickness is very minor. When you set a regular deck of cards next to a deck of the Invisible Playing Cards, you'll find that they're very close in height.

Q: What kind of douchebag asks a store where ELSE they can buy an item? What's wrong with the world today?
A: We'll admit that we'd like to convert everyone in the world to shopping at Vat19, but we also like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Sometimes, people call us looking for something they need in a hurry, or they want to get something for someone who lives with them, and they don't want it to be intercepted in the mail (and spoil the surprise). It's understandable, but unfortunately, we just don't have the time or resources to track down brick and mortar locations for items we don't actually manufacture.

A: We can't really make a good toughness comparison without seeing the other deck of invisible cards. However, we can say that we have not had any complaints about these cards cracking or breaking.

Q: How durable are they? Most clear plastic items scratch easily then look terrible.
