A: You can retrieve money from the Pig E Bank whenever you like by pressing the pig's snout and tipping him forward to release money out of his mouth. There is also a removable piece at the back of the bank that allows you to remove money or insert dollars. The Pig E Bank cannot release a predetermined amount of money, and once you remove your change, you'll have to manually lower the counter so that it is accurate.
