Overview
Compete against a challenger to get three in a row on a three-by-three board. Sound familiar? Otrio takes tic-tac-toe and dials it up to eleven.
Use the wooden game board’s inlays to strategically arrange the colored circles in a winning pattern while simultaneously defending against up to three opponents.
There are several ways to claim victory: line up three circular pieces of your color in a row from big to small, sneak in three of the same-sized pieces in a row, or circle up three concentric pieces in the same space. With so many ways to win (or lose), Otrio turns a child’s game into a fully fledged strategy battle.
Competitive and thought stimulating, Otrio is a game for nimble-minded board gamers aged eight and up.

The problem with tic-tac-toe is that, once both players understand the strategy, the only way to win is for your opponent to make a mistake.
However, Otrio requires you to get a trio of “O”s in one of three different configurations and up to four people can play, making the game exponentially more complex (and more fun)! No more cat’s games!

Triple threat
In Otrio, you can claim victory in one of three ways. The most familiar pattern is to get three same-sized rings in a line, straight or diagonally, across the board.
You can also clinch the win by lining up three descending-sized rings in a line of three or by filling a single space with a trio of differently sized rings.

Classic tic-tac-toe is a beloved children’s game because the rules are easy to learn and follow. Otrio carries that spirit with intuitive and simple gameplay. But the similarities stop there.
