Overview
Making Soberdough is so simple you could do it drunk (though we don't recommend it).
Soberdough is a premix of ingredients for artisanal bread you bake yourself. Simply add a 12-ounce bottle of beer (or carbonated water for teetotalers), stir the dough, and bake for 45 minutes. Voila! Now you've got some of the fluffiest, most flavorful beer bread you've ever tasted. Something so impressive and delicious has never been easier to make. And we know just the drink to wash it down...

99 loaves of Soberdough on the wall
When you've got a slice of Soberdough, you can eat beer!
Each of the three quick bread mixes is uniquely giftable and deliciously munchable. To prepare, simply add your favorite beer to the mix and bake. The brewski you choose will help the dough rise and also impart some of its flavors to the bread. Once baked, you'll have a hard time keeping yourself from devouring the whole loaf. You won’t get tipsy, but you will get full!
Feel free to butter your brew.
Easy as bread
You've heard the phrase easy as pie before. But baking Soberdough is even easier!
Simply put the dry mix in a bowl, add a can or bottle of your favorite brew, and mix it. Then pour the dough into a pan and bake. All that’s left to do is savor a nice bottle of suds in every bite!
The hardest step in preparing Soberdough is deciding which flavor to make.
Frequently Asked Questions

Answer: If you bake Soberdough with alcoholic beer, it will retain some of the alcohol. If that's a concern, you can use non-alcoholic beer or sparkling water.
Question: Does it come with beer?
Answer: Soberdough bread mix is comprised solely of dry ingredients, so you'll need to select your own beer to add to Soberdough. Also, Hatch Green Chile Cheddar will require the addition of your own cheese.
Question: Can I use an electric mixer or bread maker to prepare this?
Answer: The excessive stirring and agitation will result in an undesirable consistency, so you should stick to hand mixing.
