How Melt Protection Works
High temperatures during shipping (or a few hours on a sunny porch) can turn a curiously awesome item into a soupy mess.
At checkout, you can choose to purchase optional Melt Protection to protect your item from extreme heat.
• Insulated Protection: Selecting Melt Protection at checkout adds thermal wrapping and ice pack(s) to your order.
• The Guarantee (U.S. only): If melt protection is purchased and your item still arrives melted, we will refund or replace those items.
