A: The iPhone will definitely fit on the Charger Station.

Q: Is the actual outlet surge protector compatible with UK plugs? I.e. does it have the three pin plug holes or just two? I love the product but want to use it in the UK.
A: Yes, the charging station's outlets are exactly as you see above. The surge protector does have 3-prong outlets instead of just 2-prong outlets. Of course, if there are further compatibility issues between countries, you could always use an adapter or remove the included surge protector and insert one of your own.

Q: What material is the charger station made of? Are the outlets far enough apart to utilize oversize plugs. Like a camera battery charger?
A: The Charger Station is made out of MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). It has a veneer that is then stained black. To see the spacing of the 5 outlets, please see the above image. The compartment that holds the power strip is large enough to accommodate items such as cell phone, camera, and iPod chargers.

Q: Does the charging station come with surge power strip?
A: Yes, the charger station comes with a power strip.

Q: CAN IT BE CONNECTED TO A 220 VOLTS PLUGS
A: The Charging Station is suitable for standard 110V outlets and devices (which are the norm in the United States).

Q: Is it only for US or we can use it in Europe (the plug type)
A: Since you don't specify a part of Europe, we're not sure if it would work in your area. Of course, it's definitely possible to remove the power strip and insert your own to make it work for your specific region.

Q: What color is the drawer handle? Gold or silver?
A: The handle on the Charging Station is silver.

Q: Is the back open so you can easily get to it or put a camera battery charger on it?
A: We've found the Charging Station's plug area to be spacious enough to accommodate most all of the plugs that we would use. Of course, if you do have a plug that's just too large for the space provided (see the image above), you could always get a 3-4" flexible extension cord to allow the actual plug to sit just outside the station.

Q: Does that bottom drawer push in? All the pictures I see, it is out. Thanks!
A: Yes, the Charging Station's drawer does open and close.

Q: could you explain the hybrid car reference. I own one and don't understand the non-combatiblity issue. thanks
A: Oh, sorry for the confusion. We were simply saying, somewhat tongue-in-cheek, that the Charger Station can't recharge your hybrid car.

Q: Is there a cloth type liner at the bottom of the tray and drawer to prevent slippage and keys from making loud noises when hitting the hard wooden surface?
A: The Charging Station's shelves and drawer all have a leatherette lining.

Q: Leaving all of those chargers plugged in all of the time wastes a little bit of power. Can I easily reach the 'on/off' switch on the power strip without opening the box?
A: There are a number of small holes in the back, so it shouldn't be terribly difficult to stick a finger or two in the back of the Charging Station to turn it off.

Q: Does the top tray open in order to access the power strip?
A: Yes, the Charging Station's top tray opens to grant full access to the power strip.

Q: Do you offer a charger station for more than 3 phones? We need 5!
A: Currently, the 3-bay charger station is the only one that we offer.

Q: What is the actual width of each compartment (i.e. what is the maximum width of the device that can be charged? I'm trying to fit a tablet)
A: The three compartments are each 3 1/4 inches wide.

Q: Do you have a larger version... one that charges more devices?
A: At this time, the 3-bay Charger Station is the only version that we carry.

Q: Does the Nintendo DS fit in? I want to make sure it does.
A: The 3 slots are each 3.25" wide. Because the Nintendo DS is approximately 3.3" wide, it wouldn't be able to lay perfectly flat in one slot of the Charging Station.

Q: I live in the UK and the outlets are not compatible. Could you not send the power outlet this would reduce the weight and therefore the shipping costs
A: Unfortunately, we cannot remove the power strip prior to shipping. However, the bulk of the Charger Station is not in the outlet. For heavier items such as this one, the shipping cost is based upon the weight rounded up to the nearest pound. Therefore, removing the outlet won't lower the shipping price.

Q: Is this available in the UK
A: We aren't aware of any stores in the UK selling this Charging Station. Vat19 ships worldwide, so you can still get one!

Q: I need the dimensions of the drawer, so I can figure out if it's big enough for me to throw my mail in. I can see how long it is, but how deep is it -- ie, how far back does it go into the box?
A: The Charging Station's drawer is 10" long, 1.5" tall, and 4" deep.
