Overview
The AAA-certified Emergency Roadside Kit is a well-constructed and well thought-out emergency kit. It contains rugged jumper cables, a tough flashlight, a mini first aid kit and a host of other "now-that's-a-good-idea" items.

No, the AAA emergency kit does not include a tow cable. I'm sure you could pick one up at a local hardware or auto supplies store and fit it into the kit.

How long will this kit last unused?
The only items in the kit that have expiration dates are the sting relief, antiseptic towelettes, and batteries.
does this kit have flares &/or red triangle to set on the road?
While the AAA Car Emergency Kit does not include flares or a triangle, we do carry Flameless Flares with magnetic bases (sold separately).

The flashlight is water resistant and will continue to work in even the most severe weather.

You would be, but all of the included products are thoroughly tested and are in use all over the country. We've never had any complaints regarding quality.

Is there enough room in the bag for extra tape, zip ties, and bungee cables? Also, a few Flameless Flares? also, os the bag waterproof?
The bag is packed pretty tight with the included essentials, so you might not be able to fit much more in it. The bag isn't fully waterproof, but it is highly water-resistant which means that the contents would stay dry in heavy rain.

Ah duck tape, even in emergency kits you are always welcome! But why do they give you so little of it in a kit?
The roll of duct tape that comes with the AAA Kit is 1.5" wide and 12 feet long. It's a pretty decent size!

How do you fit all of that stuff inside?!?!It's a lot of things. Can you fit anything eles like a water bottle, more duct tape, some paper, more duct tape, anything! (I love duct tape!!!)

The AAA Roadside Emergency Kit does not include flares or a small fire extinguisher. However, you can purchase a few Flameless Flares from us. They have LED lights that last forever and they're magnetic, so you can stick them to your car!
