Question: Does it ever expire?
Answer: The title of knighthood is bestowed for a lifetime, but you need to submit your paperwork before the activation deadline, which is usually within about a year of receiving the kit.
Question: Does it come with any land?
Answer: The Become a Knight or Dame Kit does not include actual soil or deeds of legal ownership of land.
