Not really. This sort of bag, commonly known as a speed bag, focuses more on hand-eye coordination and finesse as opposed to punch force. That's not to say that laying into it with a haymaker is any less satisfying.

You'd have to put your face right up to it for that to happen, in which case that would be your fault and not the punching bag's.
I bought this product,and it works well.But recently the suction cup has been failing to stick on any surface.Any advice?
All we can recommend is to check the suction cup for any damage that would prevent it from creating an airtight seal. If it's a small enough hole you might be able to plug it with a little bit of super glue.
Will you make others colors like blue green orange?
There are no plans for more colors at this time. Speed bags are traditionally colored red so it made sense for the manufacturer to settle on that color.
If I hit it too hard might my table fly away?
That would actually be impossible unless the table is really, really light.

The same way you'd remove any other suction cup -- by peeling the side up until the cup loses its suction.

The spring doesn't extend that much at all. You'll probably want to keep the Desktop Punching Bag at least a foot or so away from any sensitive or fragile belongings.
