Cavity Sam is back, and this time, he's pocket-sized!

The World's Smallest Operation packs all of the nostalgia of the classic game of Operation into a nifty on-the-go box. This pared-down version of the board game comes with four familiar ailments to tentatively tweeze out. Don't forget to bring your bedside manner when removing the charlie horse; accidentally touching the sides can send Sam smarting with a loud buzz and a glowing red nose, just like the original game.

When Sam's all healed up, the game board flips over for you to neatly tuck away the game pieces for post-op safekeeping.
