Q: How big is the opening of the pouch? Would it be difficult to wash by hand?
A: The pouch is about 5/8 inches deep and about 2 inches wide. You could definitely get a cloth down in there to wash it by hand.

Q: These look AWESOME, but my roommate won't let me get one, because i am kinda a packrat. But, if you made one in pink, i could get one for her as a gift, and then she'd hafta let me have one too!

Q: Are there small holes inside of the bottom of the tea bag holder so that when you drink you don't get the tea splashed back in your face? I have seen some like that & that is what I am looking for!
A: The Pouch Tea Mug does not have holes at the bottom of the "pouch" (tea bag holder). This way, you don't have to worry about drips and leaks! When drinking from the opposite side of the mug, a small amount of tea leaked from the tea bag should not spill out.
